2021 Updates - NEW LARGER SHOP READY TO GO - Come see us!

Wow, what a year in 2020. Everything started out fantastic, then WHAM… Covid19 rolls in and drags the entire world into a slow crawl. We hope and pray that you and your family are healthy and good.

Here at RestoRides, we managed to stay busy and did not close. We did have to modify our showroom and office hours, but everything ran fairly smooth considering. We did experience slowdowns in the parts category as parts became hard to obtain and if you could obtain them, they took forever for the shippers to deliver them and backorders became the norm.

Even though 2020 was a trying year, we managed to restore and push out a lot of really cool cars. Some classics of note are: 67 Pontiac GTO with a 455, 74 VW Thing, 87 Jeep Comanche, 84 Chevy C10, 67 Chevy Chevelle, 71 Buick GS455, 78 Jeep CJ7, 74 Jeep Commando, along with a good amount of Jeep Wrangler refurbishes and restorations. Check our gallery page for photos!

We moved our main shop the first week of January2021 and are busy organizing the shop prepping for 5-6 cars we have in process or are in scheduling. Our new location is off Market Street in the heart of activity. We expect to be more streamlined and more efficient in this new space. This will also allow us to help out with taking more cars and get lead times down hopefully. If you have a car, let us get you on the schedule.

We look forward to 2021, hopefully the Covid19 pandemic will get behind us and maybe the world can get back to person to person interaction. Of all the issues I miss, is shaking someone’s hand and greeting people like people instead of staying away 6 feet with a mask. We look forward to seeing you and hope your new year is a fun one!

We have Jeeps and more Jeeps, classics to TJ's, toss in a Chevy and VW, and who knows what else...

It is obviously Jeep season. Currently we have a 1979 classic in the garage that has been through the whole monty. Strip, disassemble, sandblast, prime, and paint with 2 colors inside and out. What a job but it is coming together nicely.

We also have had quite a few TJ’s come in here lately. Seems like they are sold before we begin work on them but that is alright. And we even had 2 of them sell just as we acquired them. I believe their is a shortage of good ones right now. Here are some pictures for you….

Jeep Wrangler Black Beauty off to it's new owner, boy did this Jeep turn out NICE!

We just got the 01 Jeep Wrangler out of the garage and the first person to look at it said WOW, I’ll take it. This Jeep Wrangler is a show piece, inside and out, not to mention runs like new. The suspension package along with all the new parts and accessories really makes this Jeep shine. New interior, all bells and whistles. We have a few more in the garage we are working on, so if you are looking, check in with us for what’s coming…

Black Beauty almost complete, who wants it?

We took a 2001 Jeep Wrangler and stripped it down to bare metal inside and out, checked out all mechanical and improved with updates and new parts, painted the entire exterior and interior, then put all new parts back into her. This is a 3.73 axle and 44 rear option Jeep, dang and it drives so smooth…. She will be coming available within the next week so take a look at our video on it on You Tube.
